Goldroll has a number of different payment methods available for you to make safe, secure and instant deposits to your account.

HOW DO I MAKE A DEPOSIT?
Open the Cashier and select the payment method you want to use. You will then be prompted to choose an amount and enter your payment details.
When you have done this, confirm your deposit, and it will process.
ARE DEPOSITS INSTANT?
Yes, as soon as your deposit has been processed successfully, your balance will be updated with your new funds.
WHAT CURRENCIES DOES GOLDROLL SUPPORT?
Although we support deposits from players in multiple countries, we only process deposits and withdrawals in euros.
HOW DO I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL?
When you are logged in, you will see a ‘Withdrawal’ option in your main menu. Select this, choose your withdrawal method, the amount you want to withdraw and confirm your withdrawal.
Please note withdrawals typically need to be made via the same method you used to deposit. So if you used Visa to make a deposit, you need to withdraw your funds to the same Visa card.
If that payment method is no longer valid for whatever reason, please get in touch with customer support.
HOW FAST ARE WITHDRAWALS PROCESSED?
We process all withdrawals within 72 hours and, depending on your withdrawal method, these can be instant. Often cards and bank methods take a few days to reach you - this is out of our control.
Fully verified players may benefit from quicker withdrawals.
HOW DO I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
Goldroll is obliged by various laws and regulations to confirm the identity of players. If you are asked to verify your account, you will need to provide a copy of some national ID, like a passport or national identity card.
In addition, we need to see a recent proof of address document, such as a bank statement or utility bill displaying the name registered to your account and your current address. In some cases, additional verification steps will need to be followed.
For players who make deposits exceeding €2,000, we also require you to complete a short Source of Wealth questionnaire that asks how you are funding your gambling. We may also require supporting documentation.
All documents and information submitted to Goldroll as part of any verification process is treated with the utmost discretion and is only seen by qualified staff.
CAN I CANCEL WITHDRAWALS?
It is possible to cancel your pending withdrawal for some withdrawals within 72 hours. This is not available for instant withdrawal methods.
In your account, you will see when a withdrawal is pending and the option to cancel it.
