1. PLAYERS' TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ('TERMS AND CONDITIONS')
In these Terms and Conditions, 'You' or 'Your' or 'User' or 'Player' means any person who uses the Service or Software provided on or via any of Infiniza Limited Website/s. By using the Software, Services or Website, You signify Your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, 'We' or 'Us' or 'Our' or the 'Company' refers to Infiniza Limited, a company duly registered in Malta, having company registration number C77819 and registered address at The Bastions Office No.2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana FRN1281, Malta.
This page defines the Terms and Conditions that apply to all funds and wagers accepted by Infiniza Limited and all Services offered at and on any other Website operated by the Company.

The English version will prevail in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translated version.

Any such amendments will be notified to You in advance, and You must re-confirm your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions before such changes enter into effect. You will not be allowed to play unless the new Terms and Conditions are accepted but will still be able to withdraw any remaining funds in the account.
Online gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction and/or country in which You are located. The Company does not intend to enable You to contravene applicable law. You are solely responsible for any gaming activity and ensuring that You are not violating any law or legislation prohibiting online gambling. 3. YOUR ACCOUNT
3.1. MINIMUM AGE
All Users must be over the legal age of 18 years and, in any case, shall have attained the legal age as stipulated in their country of residence to register an account on this Website. The Company prohibits minors or those underage from participating in any of the games or using the Services provided on such Website. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any Player and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is received. Each Player's responsibility is to check that the laws in their state/country concerning gambling allow them to use Our Services before registration. Please refer to section 2 (Jurisdictions).
You must register personally for an account and may only open and operate one single account. If You hold more than one account, We reserve the right to suspend Your accounts until all the account details and balances which belong to You are consolidated. Once completed, all other accounts will be terminated, leaving one active account.
3.3. PERSONAL INFORMATION
When registering, You must give valid identification, address, contact email or personal telephone number. All information supplied to Us must be accurate and complete in all respects. The Company reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or contacting You via email. In case of letter correspondence, this will be discreet, and the envelope will not display any reference to Infiniza Limited and/or its Website/s. When such correspondence is initiated, all withdrawal requests will remain pending until the correspondence has been returned and approved by Us.
You are asked to keep Your registration details up to date. If any facts are inaccurate or require updating, please let us know by contacting our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or emailing Us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Users are sent an email or SMS to the registered email address or phone number provided for account activation. If either method is not verified, We reserve the right to suspend all activities on the account until we successfully verify the account details.
By registering an account, You are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms and Conditions displayed on Our Website. We recommend that all Players print and/or save all transaction records, rules of play, cancellation and pay-out policies. It is recommended that You peruse the section related to game rules and regulations.
3.7. DORMANT ACCOUNT
If no activity has been recorded on a Player’s account for thirty (30) months, the account in question will be regarded as “Dormant Account” and Infiniza Limited will deduct €5 (five euros) from the player's balance at the discretion of the Company. The account will not go into a negative balance as it will stop once it reaches a NIL balance. This is in line with the Gaming Authorisations and Compliance Directive (Directive 2 of 2018).
Players will be notified 30 days prior to this, explaining the charging of fees and how they can withdraw their funds.
Players may choose to close their account at any time by contacting email@example.com. For a Player to claim funds from a Dormant Account, closed, blocked, or excluded account, one must contact Infiniza Limited on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Infiniza Limited is committed to supporting Responsible Gambling initiatives. Where a Player cannot be satisfactorily located, such pending funds are used to fund responsible gaming endeavours.
3.8. INTER-ACCOUNT TRANSFERS
Transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited. The Company prohibits players from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts to/from other players.
3.9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Infiniza Limited reserves the right to refuse Your registration and close or terminate Your account at its sole discretion. However, any contractual obligations already made will be honoured.
3.10. ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If You wish to close Your account, please follow the instructions on the Website, or You can contact Our Customer Support Team via Live Chat or by emailing email@example.com. Please note that You will be required to identify yourself through the provision of personal identification documents.
3.11. RECOVERING OF FUNDS
If You wish to recover funds held in Your dormant or excluded account, please contact Our Customer Support Team via Live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.12. ACCOUNT SECURITY
As a Player, You are responsible for keeping secure Your account login details, any linked email address or mobile phone, and the login details of any personal computer or device on which You access Your gambling account. It is recommended to have password-protected devices and lock your device when not in use, amongst others. Please note that the Company shall not be held responsible if there is any unauthorised use of Your account when the Company itself is not at fault.
4. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS
4.1. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL METHODS
You may fund Your account via various payment methods such as Neteller, Skrill, Trustly, MuchBetter, Sofort, Bank transfer, Interac, or Zimpler. We may change these payment methods when necessary and cannot guarantee that all payment options will be available at all times. We also have the right to accept or refuse payment methods depending on whether they fulfil certain conditions.
Payment fees may from time to time be applied on cross currency transactions depending on the chosen payment method, bank, card issuer and country of the bank.
Please refer to the Payment Methods page to check which payment and withdrawal methods are currently available for use, any transaction fees, and their processing times.
The minimum deposit is 10 EUR or currency equivalent. The maximum deposit depends on the payment method, but it usually ranges from 500 EUR to 10,000 EUR or currency equivalent per transaction.
4.2. IDENTIFICATION CHECKS
The Company reserves the right to conduct checks on all players using third-party vendors based on the information provided at registration.
However, the Company also reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made or before executing a withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to requesting copies of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport, Identity Card, or Driver's License, as well as requesting documents for confirming Your permanent residential address. At the very latest, the Company is obliged to request verification documents when You as a Player reaches EUR 2,000 in deposits.
Please note that all deposits should be wagered at least once before You request a withdrawal. We reserve the right to charge a 30% processing fee if the deposit is not wagered at least once.
Withdrawals are made payable only to the Player's name when registering on Our Website. This means that the payment method's individual name must correspond to the Player's gambling account name used on registration. Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for depositing, up to the deposit amount.
We process withdrawals within 72 hours of the request. However, Bank transfers and card transactions may take up to 3 days to deliver, while e-wallet transfers are usually provided instantly upon us processing the withdrawal. Verified customers may benefit from immediately processed withdrawals. Please note that certain withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process; however, this will not take longer than five days.
Should You wish to withdraw some or all of Your balance, You may select how much You want to withdraw from Your account. However, the maximum withdrawal amount per 24-hour period is EUR 10,000 or currency equivalent and the maximum withdrawal amount per 30-day period is EUR 50,000 or currency equivalent.
4.4. IRREGULAR PLAY
Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play may be reviewed for irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, or exploitation of a game or game fault, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Should the Company deem that irregular game play has occurred, We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
4.5. UPDATING PAYMENT DETAILS

You may request a deposit to be refunded back to the original payment method, provided that the funds from the said deposit are still available on Your account balance. The Company reserves the right to charge a 5% (five per cent) fee of the transactional value, but no less than 10 (ten) EUR or currency equivalent for administrative and processing costs of the refund. Such fees will be deducted from Your account balance, and in case You do not have a balance on the account, the fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
You acknowledge that refunds are done only in exceptional circumstances, and processing of refunds is entirely at the Company's discretion. Please note that any refund requests may experience a slight delay due to technical processing time; however, this will not take longer than five days.
6.1. SEPARATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to the promotion-specific terms and conditions. And any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such promotional terms and conditions.

8.1. TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS, TRADE NAMES
Infiniza Limited reserves all rights to the brand names relating to the Company, including but not limited to, .com and any other trademarks, service marks and/or trade names (the 'Trade Marks') used by the Company. By using the Software, Services or Website/s, You hereby acknowledge that You obtain no rights for the Trade Marks or the content, and You may only use the same in complete accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
The Software, Services or Website may contain functionality whereby the User may post or publish text, images, videos or other copyright protectable material ('User Generated Content'). By posting or publishing User Generated Content, You warrant that You have acquired any and all rights necessary for Your and the Company's use and reproduction of such User Generated Content.
In addition, You hereby grant to the Company a license to use User Generated Content for the purposes contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and You shall indemnify and keep Infiniza Limited harmless from and against any third party claims relating to the Company's use of User Generated Content (or part thereof).
Infiniza Limited reserves the right to remove any User Generated Content which (in Our view) risks infringing third party rights, these Terms and Conditions, and/or applicable law.
9. USE OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS ('BOTS') AND ILLEGAL SOFTWARE
9.1. ILLEGAL SOFTWARE AND BOTS
The use and abuse of a bug or bots or any other form of artificial intelligence in any of the Software or Services provided by Infiniza Limited are illegal and strictly prohibited.
9.2. NON-PERMITTED SOFTWARE
The use of software to influence or modify the outcome of any games offered by the Company or for player collusion for financial gain is strictly forbidden. Any funds acquired this way will be deducted from Your balance on the account.
9.3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Infiniza Limited shall take all necessary measures if any Player performs any illegal activities previously outlined in sections 9.1 and 9.2. This includes, but is not limited to, blocking of the Player's account and freezing of the Player's funds. The Company reserves the right to undertake legal proceedings against any individual who has breached the rules under this section and/or these Terms and Conditions.
10. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATIONS, DISCLAIMERS AND OTHERS
Infiniza Limited is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the gameplay. The Company shall not be held responsible for any acts or omissions made by Your internet service provider or any third party with whom You have contracted to gain access to the Website.
10.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject to Infiniza Limited wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is only liable for direct damages caused due to Our negligence and not for any indirect damages arising out of and in any way connected with Your use of, or inability to use the Software, Services or Website. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Infiniza Limited liability for fraud, death or personal injury.
10.3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Software, Services and Website are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. The Company makes no warranties or representations, whether express or implied (whether by law, statute or otherwise), including but not limited to implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Software/Services or infringement of applicable laws and regulations.
Infiniza Limited makes no warranty that the Software or Services will meet Your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the Software or server that makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represents that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the Software or Services as to results or accuracy of any information obtained by You.
In the event of systems or communications errors relating to the generation of random numbers, bet settlement or other elements of the Services, We will not be liable to You due to any such errors. We reserve the right to void all bets on the draws in question.
10.4. MISCARRIED AND/OR ABORTED GAMES
In the event of miscarried and/or aborted games and the game is terminated, all wagers will be voided, and the amount of the wager will be refunded to Your account.
10.5. SYSTEMS MALFUNCTION
Where a manifest error, mistake, or system failure results in an incorrect paytable, any applicable bet/s are voided, and the original amount in relation to the bet/s will be refunded to You. To avoid doubt, any Jackpot Win deemed valid by the relevant licensing authority shall be valid between Us and the game provider.
10.6. LIMITATION ON WAGERS
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) at Our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever. In circumstances where a stake is deemed to be or is declared void by Us at Our discretion, any amount deducted from Your account concerning that stake or wager shall be refunded to Your account. Wagers shall only be valid if accepted by Our server and subject to Your agreement. Until acceptance, no communications from You shall be binding on Us, and all information displayed on this Website constitutes an invitation to play only. Whether on Our Website or Your equipment, Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a Website system malfunction, all bets are voided.
In addition, if You mask, disguise, anonymise or hide Your I.P. address (i.e. by using a VPN) while accessing the Website, We reserve the right to void and confiscate any winnings that derive from such activity, which is deemed as illicit.
Infiniza Limited shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with Your use of any link contained on the Websites. The Company is not responsible for the content contained on any Internet site linked to or from the Website/s or via the Services.
12. AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS
All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number and shared computer, for example, public workplaces. All Our offers are intended for recreational players, and the Company may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of Players to participate in any promotion. At the Company's sole discretion, we reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any Player or group of Players.
12.2. OFFER RECALL
We reserve the right to reclaim all bonuses awarded and any winnings accrued if Players are found to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Company's promotion/s. Where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a Player or group of Players, which due to enhanced payments through promotional offers result in guaranteed Player profits irrespective of the outcome, the Company reserves the right to ignore the bonus element of such offers and settle bets at the correct odds. The Company reserves the right to recall any payment made in error to You and does not belong to You, whether by a technical error, human error or otherwise. Please note that the incorrect amount will remain the property of Infiniza Limited.
13. COLLECTION OF WINNINGS
Winnings are added to Your balance in the same currency of Your account, considering that no irregular play was detected. Please also refer to section 4.4. Please note that the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet, excluding Jackpots, is 250,000 EUR, or currency equivalent.
14. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

17. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Infiniza Limited will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a timely and responsible manner. The Company aims to communicate the complaint resolution to You within 10 working days from when You submitted the complaint to Us.
In exceptional circumstances, the complaint may have to be escalated and reviewed by someone at a more senior level. In this case, We will inform You of the reason for an extension before the first 10 working days elapse and that the response may be extended by no more than another 10 working days. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of Your use of the Services shall be finally settled by the Alternative Dispute Resolution body (further details below). However, the Company encourages Players to first exhaust Our complaints procedure before contacting the external entity.

17.1. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR) BODY

18. FINANCIAL AND LEGAL INSTITUTION
18.1. NO INTEREST
Infiniza Limited is not a financial institution, and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) made whatsoever.
18.2. NO LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE
Infiniza Limited does not provide advice to Players regarding tax and/or legal matters. Players who wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal issues are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.
19. NO ARBITRAGE
Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Infiniza Limited and its Systems to facilitate arbitrage through Currency Exchange transactions. Where the Company deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Player's balance without warning or notification.
20. AGAINST MONEY LAUNDERING AND TERRORIST FINANCING
Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Infiniza Limited and its Systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. The Company will conduct 'know your customer' ('KYC') controls as required in accordance with applicable law.
You must not use the Software, Services or Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering and terrorist financing) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. It is unlawful to deposit money from illicit means. The Company undertakes checks on Your transactions to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing activities.
Suppose the Company has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering or terrorist financing activities, or conduct activities otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In that case, We will comply with all Our obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and anti-terrorism financing laws. This includes but is not limited to terminating Your access to the Website immediately and/or blocking Your account.
If Your account is terminated or blocked for such reasons, the Company is under no obligation to refund You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition, Infiniza Limited shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities of Your identity and any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity or transactions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling on the Website and that You are fully responsible for any such loss. In relation to Your losses, You shall have no claims whatsoever against Infiniza Limited or their respective directors, officers or employees.
21.2. NON-ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Employees of Infiniza Limited, including its licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, media partners, game providers, other suppliers, and members of the immediate families of each, are not eligible to participate in any of the games available on the Website.
21.3. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT
We reserve the right to cancel Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to You. Any balance in the Your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to Your original depositing payment method account and/or sent to You by bank transfer.
However, Infiniza Limited reserves the right, in its unrestricted discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in Your account in any of the following circumstances:
- If You have more than one active account on the Website;
- If the name on Your gambling account does not match the name on the payment method account(s) used to make deposits on Your account;
- If You participate in a promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
- If You provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
- If You are not of legal age;
